Crafted from embroidered sheer silk originally designed for luxury duster coats, the TOUSENSU combines soft traditional hues with the natural coolness of premium silk. Kyoto artisans meticulously hand-finish every piece using the traditional Hikizome hand-dyeing technique.

Shosoin Budo Karakusa (Shirafuji-iro / Lavender)

The Shosoin grape vine pattern represents vitality and the fulfillment of wishes. This historic design has served as a cherished symbol of good fortune since ancient times.

Nadeshiko (Usuzakura-iro / Pale Pink)

Symbolizing life force and the realization of goals through its intricate vines and clusters.

Nadeshiko (Black)

Elegant black dye perfect for formal occasions. The Nadeshiko (Dianthus) flower symbolizes graceful femininity and frequently appears in the Manyoshu, Japan's oldest poetry collection.

Hanausagi (Kamenozoki-iro)

The Flowering Tree and Rabbit pattern represents a prestigious Meibutsugire design, embodying auspicious Zuisyo motifs.
