All our products are shipped from Japan via international shipping companies. We collaborate with our business partners - FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS - to select the most suitable company for each order, ensuring a prompt and secure delivery.

We understand that shipping costs can be a concern when purchasing products online, and this concern is heightened when it involves international transactions. Recognizing these challenges, we are committed to alleviating these concerns for our customers.

Handling and Delivery Time
Most products are shipped within three business days following the order confirmation, based on the Japanese calendar. Some made-to-order items may require approximately ten business days. Please refer to the 'Handling Time' listed for each product for an estimate.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination; however, FedEx, DHL, and UPS generally take 2-5 days, while EMS takes 3-10 days.
Delivery Methods
Orders may be delivered via a signature-required service or non-signature (porch delivery) service, depending on the shipping provider and the value of the order.
Customers cannot select their preferred delivery method. Our team will determine the most appropriate delivery method based on the order’s size, value, and shipping destination.
Signature Requirement
For certain orders, especially those of high value, a signature will be required upon delivery. If this applies to your order, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
If no one is available to sign, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or leave a notice with further instructions.
Porch Delivery (Non-Signature)
If the delivery does not require a signature, the package may be left at your doorstep or another secure location at the delivery address. We are not responsible for packages once they are delivered, so please make sure the location is safe and secure.
Tracking Number
Once shipped, we will upload a tracking number to your order and notify you at the email address provided during the order process. You can track your package via the following links:

Damaged Items
We carefully pack our items to ensure they arrive without damage. However, accidents can occasionally occur. (We ship over 100 packages overseas each month, but issues arise in less than 1% of these shipments.) If you discover any problems upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will offer a replacement shipment or a refund.

Import Taxes, etc.
All items are shipped from Japan and are, therefore, subject to import treatment, which means import taxes and duties may apply to your order. For information on applicable fees and tax rates, please contact the Customs Office associated with the delivery address.
