About Shipping

All items are shipped from Japan through our business partners, FedEx, DHL, UPS, or EMS.

We do not allow for the selection of a specific carrier. We choose the most suitable company for delivery to your destination.

Most items ship within three business days, and delivery times vary by shipping company but typically take 2-5 days. For more details, please check our 'Shipping' section.

All items are treated as imports, so import taxes and duties will apply. For more details, please contact the Customs Office associated with your delivery address.

No. We cannot accept requests for undervaluing items for customs purposes.

We accept orders for some products. You can check the list of items available for shipping to Japan here.

About Payment

Yes. We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and JCB credit cards. Payments via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are also possible.

No. We do not accept payments through PayPal.

About Return / Refund

We accept returns and refunds within 14 days of receipt. However, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags if provided, and in its original
packaging. If you wish to return an item, please don't hesitate to contact us at (support@luxcras.com) for instructions on how to proceed.


Note: Please be aware that if you return the product to us without a return request, we cannot offer a refund or return.

Please email us at (support@luxcras.com) within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will offer to send a replacement or provide a refund.
