    Care Guide & Precautions

You can use your e-money card while it is still in the inoca CASE. However, to avoid causing magnetic failure, do not stack together multiple cards.

If you do not use a long time, make sure it is dry thoroughly and store it away from hot and humid places.

The occurrence of mites may occur due to dirt from hands, dust, and trash. Keep clean at all times to prevent occurrence.

Do not get it wet with water. If you spill water on it by accident, use a tissue to absorb the water and then dry it in the shade. Do not rub strongly.

It is handmade with natural materials. Please note that there are individual differences in shape, color, and size.

All the branding is done by hand, one by one. Please note that there may be uneven branding and individual differences.

The thin white coating is clay for dyeing. In the process of making tatami from igusa, a mud-dying process is applied. The mud-dyeing process produces a rich scent and is also effective in preventing discoloration. Use it without wiping it off as much as possible. If you are concerned, please wipe gently with a dry cloth before use.

Please refer to the included manual for detailed instructions.

    Avoid direct sunlight and humidity.
