All items are treated as imports, so import taxes and duties will apply. For more details, please contact the Customs Office associated with your delivery address.

For U.S. customers:
Starting October 17, 2025, all U.S. shipments are sent on a
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
This means import duties and import taxes are already included in the total at checkout, and
no additional payment will be required upon delivery.

For customers outside the U.S.:
Orders may still be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the local Customs Office or the delivery carrier upon delivery.

We accept returns and refunds within 14 days of receipt. However, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags if provided, and in its original
packaging. If you wish to return an item, please don't hesitate to contact us at (support@luxcras.com) for instructions on how to proceed.
