The "Kama-gata" (kettle-shape) design features a rounded body with a slightly tapered top, ensuring exceptional stability and a balanced pour. Its "Matsukawa" (pine bark) textured surface mimics the rugged feel of nature, providing a secure, non-slip grip that fits comfortably in your palm.

Every teapot features a built-in "Ceramesh" filter. This integrated ceramic strainer allows tea leaves to expand fully, extracting the purest flavor without the metallic aftertaste of wire meshes.

Master artisan Umehara Gyokko II handcrafts each piece at the renowned Gyokko Kiln. Both the second and third generations of the Gyokko lineage hold the prestigious title of Traditional Craftsman.
