[About Kurume Kasuri]
Kurume Kasuri is a traditional pre-dyed woven fabric produced by Kurume Kasuri Weaving, which was established in 1948. [Weaving Characteristics]
The "Tategami" technique, using only warp threads to express patterns, is also referred to as "itagasuri." The unique softness of the fabric is achieved by finely adjusting the density of both the warp and weft threads.
