    This helmet features a front crest adorned with both a crescent moon and a sun disc. Uesugi Kenshin, known as the"Tiger of Echigo,"unified the war-torn province of Echigo and was famed for his military prowess.

    He was also a warrior who lived by the code of righteousness (gi). In one of the most renowned episodes of his life, he sent salt to his rival, Takeda Shingen, when the Takeda forces faced a severe salt shortage. Kenshin earned immense trust not only from his vassals but also from fellow warlords.

    Displayed in a glass case, the helmet exudes dignified elegance and enhances its visual beauty. The background features the auspicious red Mt. Fuji, a traditional symbol of good fortune.
