    The teapot is equipped with a Ceramesh ceramic tea strainer, designed for smooth and flavorful tea brewing.

    Tokoname Ware is one of Japan's Six Ancient Kilns, with origins dating back to the late Heian period.

    A defining characteristic of Tokoname Ware is its use of iron-rich clay sourced from the Chita Peninsula. This clay's natural properties allow the iron content to produce a distinctive red hue when fired, known as Shudei, a signature color of Tokoname ceramics.
