I am Kazuhiro Nogami, the operator of Luxcras.
I also operate sister shops, JDM Yamato and Gears Yamato. My mainly operate is customer support, handling inquiries and quotes from customers who visit our shops. I try to make sure that our overseas customers enjoy good Japanese products on Luxcras as well as on our sister shops.
I am actually a fan of the products in these shops myself: Hiorie towels and sake cups combining Takaoka copperware and Yamanaka lacquerware in Luxcras, parts for my car in JDM Yamato (I own a Toyota Vellfire 2018). And golf gears is from Gears Yamato (My golf clubs are from Srixon).
My specialty is JDM Yamato and I have been selling car parts to many overseas customers for 8 years since 2014. Luxcras and Gears Yamato are still young shops, so we will continue to create shops that will be appreciated by our many customers.
