This is our original Nambu iron teapot, designed with a touch of elegance. The interior is lacquered. As you use the teapot, the lacquer may gradually wear off, but it is crafted with high-quality iron that is resistant to rust, thanks to the minerals and calcium present in tap water. This allows you to supplement insufficient iron and prevent anemia. When boiling water in the teapot, it removes chlorine, resulting in ordinary tap water acquiring a mellow taste. Drinks like Japanese tea and coffee can be brewed deliciously with this teapot.
While it is suitable for use on a direct fire, please be cautious as the handle can become quite hot. Use it with care to avoid burns. The teapot is durable and reliable.
