    This teapot is crafted using rare white clay, uncommon in Tokoname ware, and decorated with hand-painted designs in Kutani style. The white clay enhances the visibility of the tea's color, while the surface design offers a blend of elegance and charm.

    Equipped with a stainless steel round mesh strainer, this teapot is also suitable for brewing deep-steamed tea.

    This piece is a special collaboration between Tokoname Ware and Kutani Ware.

    Tokoname Ware is one of Japan's Six Ancient Kilns, with origins dating back to the late Heian period.

    A unique feature of Tokoname Ware is its use of iron-rich clay sourced from the Chita Peninsula. This characteristic allows the iron content to produce a distinctive red hue when fired, known as Shudei, a signature color of Tokoname ceramics.
