    This is a Nambu cast iron teapot. The interior is coated with lacquer. While the lacquer may gradually wear off with use, minerals and calcium in tap water will form a natural coating over time, making the teapot more resistant to rust. It allows for natural intake of iron, which may help prevent anemia.

    Water boiled in this teapot removes chlorine from tap water, resulting in a smoother taste. It enhances the flavor of beverages such as Japanese tea and coffee.

    It is suitable for direct flame use, but the handle becomes extremely hot. Please use with care to avoid burns. We are not responsible for any accidents.

    As cast iron products are highly durable, this teapot also makes a great gift for special occasions, Father's Day, or Mother's Day.
