Handling and Delivery Time

Most products are shipped within three business days following the order confirmation, based on the Japanese calendar. Some made-to-order items may require approximately ten business days. Please refer to the 'Handling Time' listed for each product for an estimate.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination; however, FedEx, DHL, and UPS generally take 2-5 days, while EMS takes 3-10 days.

Holiday Season Shipping & Customer Support Notice

Orders can be placed on the Luxcras website at any time, including during the year-end and New Year holiday season.

Please note that our customer support team will be closed from December 27 to January 5 (Japan Standard Time).During this period, inquiries will be responded to after we resume operations.

Shipping operations will be available until December 25.Please refer to the “Handling Time” listed in the About Shipping section on each product page for estimated preparation times.

Depending on the required handling time, some orders may not be shipped within the year, even if placed before December 25.We kindly ask for your understanding when placing orders during the holiday season.

如果送貨不需要簽名,包裹可能會留在您家門口或送貨地址的其他安全位置。包裹一旦送達,我們概不負責,因此請確保該位置安全可靠。

損壞的物品

Important Notice for U.S. Customers

・ The U.S. de minimis rule (previously allowing duty-free imports under $800) has been repealed.
・ To make shopping easier, Luxcras now ships to the U.S. on a **Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)** basis.
・ All import duties and taxes are **calculated and collected at checkout**, meaning **no additional payment is required upon delivery**.
・ For other countries, duties and taxes may still apply upon delivery.
